Manzo Italiano was founded in 2023 with a mission to bring authentic Italian beef and homemade pizza to our customers' in Texas. Our founder, Nic Geovonti, grew up in the kitchen watching and learning from his Nonna and mother,  ”Mama Mia“.  He brought his passion for Italian cuisine to life and created a menu that reflects the traditions of his homeland. Manzo Italiano continue to provide authentic and delicious Italian food made with love and care.

Our head chef, Mama Mia, is a master of Italian cuisine with over 40 years of experience. She trained in some of the best restaurants and has worked at perfecting her craft in the kitchen. Her use of the freshest ingredients and special dose of love are reflected in every dish she creates. She is always happy to share her knowledge and expertise with our customers.
